How the Protection Plan works
One free replacement, one time.
If something goes wrong with your case or its print from normal use, like peeling, fading or cracking, we’ll replace it once for free. That replacement completes the plan. It doesn’t renew or reset, and it covers that one case.
Active for a set time only. Your plan lasts 3 or 6 months, whichever you choose, starting the day your order ships. When that time is up, the plan ends.
Drops, accidents, loss and theft aren’t covered.
Choosing “No protection plan” means the case ships with no coverage and no charge for it. Read the full Protection Plan terms.
