These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of our custom phone case products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

R&J Hub Custom Phone Cases designs and produces custom phone cases based on customer-submitted images, designs, or selections made through our platform. All products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Orders and Custom Products

• All phone cases are custom-made based on the information and materials you provide.
• Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.(please review return policy) 
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

4. Prohibited Content & Trademark Policy

We take intellectual property rights seriously.

• We do NOT print or produce designs that include copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material unless you can demonstrate that you own the rights or have explicit permission from the rights holder.
• This includes (but is not limited to): brand logos, celebrity images, movie characters, sports team logos, music artwork, and other trademarked or copyrighted content.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that we believe violates intellectual property laws, at our sole discretion.
• If an order is canceled due to trademark or copyright concerns, you may be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Privacy/Customer-Submitted Content

a. Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, images, text, or designs (“User Content”) that you submit to us for the purpose of creating your custom phone case.

b. License to Use

Unless you opt out, by submitting User Content you grant R&J Hub Custom Phone Cases a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your submitted designs for internal business purposes and, at our discretion, marketing and promotional purposes. This means your images may or may not be used in examples of our work, social media, website galleries, or other promotional materials. You are also granting all information provided to R&J Hub to better experience our services in the future. We do not sell your personal information. 

We are not obligated to use any submitted content for marketing, and usage is entirely at our discretion.

c. Opt-Out of Marketing Use

If you do not want your submitted photos or designs used for any marketing or promotional purposes, you must opt out by contacting us before or immediately after placing your order.

To opt out, please contact us through our Contact Page and clearly state your request. Once confirmed, we will exclude your content from marketing and work use going forward.

6. Accuracy of Submitted Content

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all content you submit
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your images are uploaded in acceptable quality for printing

We are not responsible for print results affected by low-resolution or poor-quality uploads.

7. Pricing and Payments

• Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to Currency, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Production and shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We do accept returns in accordance with our separate Return Policy.

Please review our Return Policy for full details regarding eligibility, timelines, and procedures. All return requests are subject to the terms outlined in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• R&J Hub Custom Phone Cases shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R&J Hub Custom Phone Cases from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your submitted content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any infringement of intellectual property rights caused by your designs

12. Privacy
